    Won't recommend

    cold. The photos of the rooms online do not appear to match the current condition of the property. Only one restaurant was open, offering limited dining options, and there was just one bar for the entire resort. Because we had a rental car, we chose to dine out several times. Although the resort was not busy, service was very slow. Staff seemed inexperienced or possibly new, as we often had to get up to request or refill our own drinks. While this was not a major inconvenience, it was below the level of service I expected from a Wyndham property. The beach was beautiful, but overall, our experience did not meet expectations.

    Unacceptable

    I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel people should know what happened. The hotel itself was fine, but one of the female entertainers made a very inappropriate offer to me. She literally offered sex for money a girl named Coco. It was shocking and extremely unprofessional. This is not what you expect from a family resort. Management should really look into who they hire for the entertainment team.

    Great vacation with family

    A wonderful vacation with the family before winter. Nice hotel, friendly staff. Good food, everyone can choose. Evening program for all ages. Beautiful beach. The best bar staff. Named Albert

    Uncomfortable

    Buffet closed for the week, had to do a makeshift buffet for our stay. Harassed by vendors trying to sell us stuff on the beach 24/7. Smoke alarm started leaking water and had to switch rooms. Tv wouldn’t connect to internet. Internet very spotty. Locals filling their bags with food and made the stay very uncomfortable

    Overall beautiful. Very nice people, but the food wasn't good.

    Place looked beautiful, people were more than just hospitable. The room was decent but the power went out twice, which to me wasnt much of an issue cause they got the power back right away. My only big issue was the quality of the food, i think this is mainly based on preference but me and my fiancé didn’t enjoy the food and we went to every food place there was.
