my experience was good. i really do like everything. the room was good the food was ok. but the show was great the animation team they did a wonderful job they have a lot of great energy and yungking and the best nutella they are good workers they make our vacation better they have a lot of good energy all the animation staff was great. we will be back soon🫶🏻

Bed was soft, pillows were kind of flat, room service was amazing, food was amazing every day, drinks kept flowing (kind of skimped on the alcohol but not complaining because drunk people are annoying). The animation team was friendly, very competitive. The excursions were awesome. Recommend the paradise island and waterfall tour.

All around good experience and would visit again.
Resort was all around great. Staff was very nice. Food was good. Bathroom could use a little work. Atmosphere was very happy and fun. Bus ride to snorkeling was a lot longer than expected, but Excursions were exiting. All around very good experience and would visit again.

The service was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming! The location was about an hour to 2 hours from everything. The value was great for the amount of food and drinks we got. Everything was fairly clean. The amenities were good as well. There were lots of activities to do for everyone of all ages. The rooms were fine.

7 day stay
The best part of the stay was the resort. To begin, the beach is amazing, you can never get board with the view of the ocean and people kit surfing. Additionally, It’s such a beautiful resort with so many amazing and friendly people, including an employee that goes by the name “teddy bear”. Teddy was so friendly and kind, you could Talk to him for hours. He helped my family enjoy every part of our stay. When it comes to the hotel, it’s a perfect size, the maids come by everyday and always leaves you with a Fresh and clean room. The food was good, nothing crazy, but very tasty and enjoyable. Overall the stay was amazing, and I’m so happy I went here, if you choose To go, say hi to teddy bear!! He works on the beach making sure everyone is safe!
