Was a day pass, but I felt so comfortable with the food, the staff but I would like to highlight Thomas, he was the best while I was there, always having fun with him, he so nice and helpful with everyone, my team and coworkers felt so great full with his assistance.

Great stay
We stayed at this resort for the week of August 7th. We booked the amnesia junior suite. First impressions - resort is clean. Staff is super friendly. Check in was quick. Overall service was fantastic. Room was very nice, clean and spacious. The good- the staff. Front desk staff always friendly, helpful. First day here we realized we were missing a beach towel (these were placed in our room) - front desk placed a call within minutes beach towel was delivered. Our front key pass stopped working. Spoke to front desk again they called maintenance arrived and fixed the lock in no time. Both issues resolved within minutes. Housekeeping, gardeners and maintenance did a great job. Overall room and resort is really well maintained. Food was really good at this resort, buffet had different themes every day, representing different countries. Food was always fresh, warm and yummy. The cafe, bars and beach bar & buffet were also really great. The bartenders always made perfect drinks - for the first time in all our travels we never had a bad drink no matter what we ordered they were perfectly made. The entertainment team was also on the ball. They had games and events organized daily and they always managed to get people engaged and having fun, it was nice to see. The beach is beautiful, minimal to no seaweed, but is wavy, during our stay the flag was always yellow . We spent everyday at the beach and loved it there. The pool is clean and we also enjoyed that area. No issue finding beach chairs either at the beach or pool no matter the time we went. Leaving the resort was a nice bonus as well. The area outside is really nice. The mall is very close to walk to and recommend going there if you want to get any souvenirs. The not so good - The mini fridge in our room wasn’t the best at keeping things cold. Shower pressure also sucked. Beds were very bouncy.. kinda felt like waterbeds. AC was very powerful - there was times it would turn off.. never to a point where it got hot in our room but long enough for our floors and walls to get very wet .. condensation? It was very odd. Luckily when the AC would start up again things would dry quickly. This happened twice during our stay. The pool area also has very limited shaded areas, even though finding a spot was easy - getting a shaded spot was not. Overall we had a really good time at this resort and recommend it. Tips - for early risers who need coffee in the morning, the earliest I was able to get coffee was at 7am at the buffet, there is a self serve coffee and tea station. There is also a coffee machine in the rooms. Recommended to bring a coffee tumbler this was my saving grace every morning. Also recommend bringing water bottles as they have water filing stations located all around. The resort does supply a large glass bottle but we preferred having our own to fill for water. The shower - recommend to start your shower and let it run a for a bit before taking your shower. It takes a little time for the water to warm up. We did this with every shower and had perfect temperature each time.

Great customer service
Marta (restaurant reservations) and Ernesto (excursiones reservations) were fantastic! The answer every single question I had and they made the process so easy for me to follow and there were available after for follow-ups. Amazing customer service 👏 👌 🙌

Excellent little spot
Myself and my husband and are boyfriend went away on a trip together for our anniversary and his 30th birthday we had a great time. Nothing really to complain about the staff was excellent check-in clerk was very, very excellent and helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend other people. I do recommend tipping your stuff whichever one showed anyways it goes a long way and they will go out of your way to help you. The only negative thing I would say is stay away from the timeshare guy. And stay strong. On the beach if you don't wanna buy anything, don't say maybe or later they will remember you. Great beach walk Never fighting for chairs lots on the beach Not much shade by the pool Lots of food to pick from Food times are great there's never any time where there's no food and they have a nice café. Lots of entertainment every night

Excellent experience!!!!
Overall experience was amazing Rooms very spacious and very clean beds super comfortable, fridge nice and cold, glass water bottle instead of plastic, there are water stations all around resort and on every floor to refill your water bottles, always had hot water, spacious balcony, Staff very very friendly and interactive. FOOD Was excellent!!!
