Stayed with my wife and 0y9m daughter. Services; Arrived at 11AM but wait for the room until 1PM. Bell desk just keep luggages, we need to carry it to the room by our own. Housekeepers are really nice and fast. Room; Great Diamond Head view, wide and clean. Suitable for family. Bidet toilet and tub are lovely. Sometimes car-noise reached our room at midnight but no affected by balcony construction. Location; Easy to go Leonard’s Bakery by Biki. Restraint; Arancino is our favorite Free breakfast for platinum elite - we only had one time during 4 nights was not so bad. Omelet was goood. Comment; Overall meet our expectations. It was good to stay here but next time we will stay at Sheraton I think.

Beautiful view
We had a comfortable stay . Great location just a 5 min walk from Waikiki beach . Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel. The one thing I loved the most was waking up to a spectacular view of Diamond head and Waikiki beach . Just beautiful! 🤩

Like so many others, I had a pitiful experience at the WBM. The beds are so uncomfortable, walls and windows are paper thin. I could hear ALL the road noise outside even though I was 20 floors up. The bathroom fan stayed on 24/7, and the aircon and fridge were also sooo loud. Someone's kid kept waking me up at 5am. I was unfortunately stuck here for 10 nights and didn't sleep properly the entire time. Staff are absolutely clueless, especially if you book a package with a 3rd party site like MyHawaii. The resort advertises an "offer" for the Royal Kaila Spa (See photo) but staff at the spa don't have a clue what the offer is! Their food and drinks are overly priced, but not nearly as expensive as the parking! But they don't even offer room service so you have to order from the bar and take it up to the room yourself. The food was honestly terrible anyway. Their "ocean view" rooms are only partial views so this is terribly misleading. Don't even bother with the Paoakalani tower! They ripped us a new one with the laundry charges - one load cost us about $20USD! I truly couldn't wait to leave this hotel. Will never return or recommend to anyone.

It was a wonderful time! Authentic and the food was great! I loved the fire salve the best! The price is good for the sore! Loved it!

Excellent Stay
Excellent hotel, conveniently located across the street from Waikiki Beach. The staff are exceedingly pleasant and there are dedicated staff to booking excursions for you. The hotel organized luau was an amazing experience. The food at the hotel is also first rate.
