  Wonderful Anniversary Stay

  A Wonderful Anniversary Stay! We had a lovely stay at Waikiki Beach Marriott. Check-in was smooth, and James was so friendly and welcoming. Although our Suite Nightly Upgrade Award request was denied, we appreciated being upgraded to an oceanfront king room and having our Marriott Bonvoy Titanium status recognized. Our room was clean. and the welcome anniversary card and complimentary wine were thoughtful touches that made our celebration feel special. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, especially the fresh local fruits. The hotel is conveniently located accross from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. At 40,000 point per night , we felt it was excellent value. Thank you James and the team for making our anniversary stay memorable!

  Not worth it

  This has been the worst resort experience I have had. Poor customer service, overpriced, and no one really knows what's going on. Overpriced for what would be at best a three star hotel. I am only leaving this much of a good rating because of location. We were locked out of our room for over 1.5hr on the day of checkout which wasted that whole day we had at that resort. When security finally came, they told us to just wait in our room until he can get the keys to work....excuse me what?! Their digital resort fee inclusions is not up to date (has wrong locations) just fyi you will be sent on a goose chase to claim some of the perks because no one knows what is going on. It is clean which is great for it being right across the beach. The walls are very thin....you can hear everything going on in the next rooms and absolutely EVERYTHING in the hallways. You will be waking up multiple times throughout the night because of this. There was also not a moment of peace in the rooms...they had construction for balconies going on 8a-4p. Nightly luau's until about 8pm, then noise from neighoring rooms and hallways. This is right by night life so no the place for a quiet or restful atmosphere. Overall worst resort of our honeymoon and left feeling more tired than when we came in.

  Solid resort. Nice rooms, attentive staff, decent amenities.

  We went with my adult son and his wife and stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was very nice but under construction. They were re-keying rooms and sometimes the elevators were messed up as a result - but the resort was nice, in a good location, and had good amenities. We especially liked the adult pool being separate from the family pool so everyone could get the experience they wanted in Oahu.

  Location is great just by the beach and close to the shops our room was a great size beds nice tv was a good size nice size bath room nice place to stay

  Excellent Stay!!!

  Thank you Brendan at the front desk! He was so nice and made a great choice in picking the room for my family and I. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends because it’s right across from the beach. This hotel has everything. The atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxing. We made great use of destination fee which includes renting out 2 beach chairs for free. Colby by the other entrance also helped us out with booking a tour of island. Shout out to the housekeeping team who cleaned the room each and everyday, I think Cindy was her name. We will be sure to return to this hotel in the future.
