We just returned to Honolulu from a 5 day stay in Sydney, Australia. We flew overnight so arrived at the Outrigger Beachcomer weary and tired. Kristina welcomed us right away and completely made us feel valued and appreciated. She educated us on all the amenities and for a small fee moved us to another room and enabled us to check in early for some much needed rest and renewal. This is by far the best service experience we’ve had on our trip thus far! Thank you Kristina for making our day!!

Amazing Stay at the Waikiki Beachcomber! My experience at the Waikiki Beachcomber was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest aloha. The front desk staff, especially Josh, was so welcoming and made check-in quick and easy. Angelica, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect — she truly embodies what great hospitality is all about. The valet service was also top-notch — fast, friendly, and super convenient. The team was always ready with a smile and had my car ready in no time. My room had the best view in all of Waikiki — waking up to that ocean and city skyline was breathtaking. The location can’t be beat, just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Everything about my stay was 5 stars — amazing service, stunning views, and great people. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend the Waikiki Beachcomber to anyone visiting Oahu! 🌺🌴

Another Halloween in waikiki in the books for us. Another great stay at Beachcomber. We've been having our Halloweens here for years now. This year was just as great. Location is the best. Valet service guys are super nice Room always clean Housekeepers friendly and pleasant Joshua at front desk was da best!! Super friendly guy, very helpful. An asset to the hotel! We look forward to our next staycation

Another 23 nights in Paradise
This was our second year spending 23 nights at the Outrigger Beachcomber in a one bedroom suite. We visit every year. Our stay was fantastic again. The great overall ambiance of the hotel and staff is a testament to Cecilia Hamao, the General Manager. Every single staff member was a joy to deal with. Our daily housekeeping staff member, Zhi Yi was a dream come true for fussy people like us. Nothing was any trouble at all, and she was a pleasure every day. Jenny, on Reception, is, as she was last year, so upbeat, professional and lovely to deal with, she is a perfect example of the culture of the staff and Front of House Director, Angelica Arao. We look forward to another long (and relaxing) stay here next October.
