    maybe need a back-up generator

    The staff were awesome. they were very helpful all the time. had a blackout one day. suggested that the resort CEO's hand in their Bonuses to install an Emergency Back-up System. Reason mainly: My beer got warm in the fridge.

    Nice. Could be nicer.

    Fine for what it was. We thought it would be a little bigger, but it had everything we needed. Could stand an update. Good location.

    Be Aware!

    Once you enter the Ilikai Hotel…you’ll go past their registration counter to locate the SHELL Vacation area! Better signage is needed. The Staff is Wonderful, very friendly and Professional. I was disappointed because There was NO Ocean View room as I signed up for! The furniture is Old but clean, and No dishwasher nor washer/dryer in unit! Maintenance is Excellent and speedy with any issue you may have. Also, you may enjoy the Balcony as you watch the people and traffic below!

    Get away to Waikiiki

    Resort a bit dated. Decent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. Full kitchen in studio. Low shower pressure. Close to beach and lagoon. Restaurant on premise. Pool on premise. Try the Goofey Cafe for breakfast. Pricey but very good. Also open for dinner.

    Great place

    A great complex with welcoming friendly staff and comfortable rooms with large balconies. Great terrace bar and restaurant again lovely staff. Close to everthing. Ideal location. Caroline on Shell Vacations reception was so helpful.
