Lovely stay. We even took our fur baby with us. Staff really friendly. The food was top notch at the court and then to end the evening we went to the caley bar which has recently been renovated. I liked the wee touches the animal salt and pepper shaker to a tree Special mentiones who made our stay the best are Linda from concierge, Emma from front of house, Sandra from the spa, Nigel from maintenance and Elena from the Court Each of these staff made our stay. From Linda recommending dog friendly activities, to the love Sandra showed our four legged friend, from Elena recommending good food at the court. I just want to say thank you.

I joined friends in The Lounge as they were guests. Reception staff wonderful (Laura deserves special mention) and all other staff I interacted with were charming.

Brilliant hotel & staff. Faultless.
Had a Civil Partnership ceremony and 3 night stay here. Hotel and staff were quite simply superb from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Outstanding for a hotel this size. Heartily recommend, couldn’t fault it

Comfortable and Inviting
Fantastic location especially if you are using the ho on/off bus to tour. Public transportation is close by. The room we had was huge and very tastefully decorated. Staff was exceptional with meeting all of our needs. Joseph at the front desk stood out as he made a point to interact on a personal level with us every time he saw us. A wonderful stay and we hope to enjoy the warm hospitality of The Caledonian again in our travels.

An Excellent Stay
Absolutely excellent stay at “The Caley”! Everything about this hotel screams luxury. The location could not have been better. We had amazing views of the Edinburgh Castle from our hotel room. Pretty much everything we wanted to go see and do was just a short walk away. The concierge and front desk staff were so helpful in helping us navigate the city. From restaurant recommendations, to the “must sees” of the city, but even more importantly they were all so genuinely kind! We had such a wonderful trip, and if we ever find ourselves back in Edinburgh I will definitely be staying at The Caledonian again!
