  Highly recommend this hotel!

  We’ve been coming here for three years, and it always feels like coming home. Our room was arranged by Rey, who responded to our messages quickly and offered great help . The original room had wonderful Oceanview but many steps every time when we walked back to our room, which made it difficult for our little one, so the hotel kindly moved us to a larger, more child-friendly room the next day — our child had so much fun! We were also there during Día de los Muertos, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The Kids Club staff even recognized our child and called her by name — such a warm gesture. All the hotel staff were very friendly, and we can’t wait to come back!

  You don't have to lift a finger, most relaxing place ever

  There are many glowing reviews and it's hard to say even more about what makes this place so amazing, but at the end of the day it comes down to their amazing team! They treated me like a queen, I have never felt so pampered and special in my life and I've stayed at several other five star resorts. They greet you warmly everytime, help you get situated at the pool and their restaurants like a truly welcome and valued guest, ready to meet any request that can improve your comfort and your stay. Just a short list of what stood out: - they keep the ice bucket filled in your room, no need to schlep down the hall to an ice machine - after getting setup by the pool, they bring you ice waters and also have towels and sunscreen at the pool chairs (no need to line up at a towel desk or get wristbands or rush down at 7 am) - The team here noticed when the sun had moved and offered to reposition my poolside umbrella - they kindly check in regularly with complimentary amenities and to make sure everything is okay - basically staying there means you don't have to lift a finger We were so relaxed and restored after spending a week here for our 25th anniversary that I rebooked it for my 50th birthday 6 months later. There was no place I'd rather go back to for another relaxing holiday. Our last beach vacation prior to visiting WA Pedregal was at the WA Grand Wailea in Maui and while the two properties are both under the Waldorf Astoria brand, the service was night and day. They really shouldn't even have the same name! The rest of the Waldorf Astoria properties should get a visit from the team at Pedregal for training and improvement because they have it dialed in perfectly here in Cabo. Shoutout to the amazing concierge Raquel who met every question with professionalism and positivity, Salvador at Don Manuel who served us amazingly and made sure we enjoyed every bite, Jim by the pool for keeping us stocked with yummy agua frescas and who went out of his way to bring us a poolside ceviche that we almost missed due to timing of our arrival and who even cleaned my sunglasses for me! Can't wait for our next stay here!

  Crazy to stay anyplace else

  There is nothing to say everything is great. If you have the money there is no reason not to stay here as the best option on Cabo. The cliffside restaurant is phenomenal. I was the only single person there but it was till awesome.

  A "Masterclass" in Hospitality

  This was our fourth stay at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal.  We were the next to the last guests to check out before they closed for their renovation.  It is easy to see how they are consistently ranked as one of the best resorts in the world and retained Two MICHELIN Keys for 2025.  All team members provide a five stars guest experience that celebrates the highest standards in hospitality.  Since our last visit, we were thrilled to learn that Mrs. Libia Ronco had recently been promoted to Resort Manager.  She has been there 17 years and seen several stages of Pedregal.  We are planning to return soon to witness the newly reimagined Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos.  Upon existing the tunnel at arrival, we were warmly greeted by the recently promoted Guest Experience Manager Mrs. Samara Alvarez.  She checked on us each day and was kind enough to give me a tour of some of the other villas I inquired about.  It is exciting to see that the Waldorf Astoria continues to hire, develop, retain, and promote their high potential team members like the two well deserving ladies.    We always look forward to retuning for breakfast at Don Manuel's with Salvador.  He always makes sure our day gets off to a great start and he knows how much we love the cinnamon rolls.  We've made several friends over the years and always look forward to seeing them.  Gino, Rey, and JP are just a few names but there are many more.  The property is truly stunning but the authentic and genuine hospitality of all team members is what makes the resort so special and keeps us coming back.  See you soon!
