Our 16th trip to the resort and it only gets better with each trip! Truly an amazing resort with the best staff we have ever seen ANYWHERE in the world. From the minute we left the airport and had Cesar drive us to the resort (who is a fantastic driver and a better person) to the entire staff at the hotel. Special shout outs to the pool staff, especially Carlos, Manuel, Fernando Panchi, Jonathan and Jim. The spa is one of the best in the world, specifically Betty and Edith (Claudia was injured, but she is also super). And, of course, our concierge Mariel, who is truly the most amazing person who is ALWAYS there to help, no matter what you need. Fernando (General Manager) is a great leader of the entire team and I can't say enough about everything Pedregal!!! Run, don't walk, to the resort....you will not be disappointed!

I have been a Hilton Diamond member for nearly 8 years, closing in on Lifetime and for the first time I have been truly astonished as to the customer service of a Hilton property, especially with this being a Waldorf no less. I have had a delay in receiving a passport to travel overseas and in unique circumstances asked the hotel to cancel the reservation a month ahead of my visit. Reservation was booked on POINTS and yet they now want to charge me over $1,800 for one night. Seemingly no rooms are available currently and its peak season so no doubt once I cancel they will resell the room AS WELL as taking my $1,800. Safe to say, I am never staying at a Hilton again, even after all these years. Shocking. Liam

Another Perfect Waldorf Vacation!
Another perfect trip to the Waldorf! The resort, room, amenities, and staff/customer service are impeccable. We were celebrating a birthday and the entire team went above and beyond to make this trip one to remember. From initial planning to airport drop off, there is no detail left unchecked. The daily breakfast is exquisite and the multiple pool areas offer something for everyone. Our personal concierge was extremely helpful and really made a difference. We really enjoyed our room with the plunge pool and earned a Hilton upgrade. There is no doubt why the Waldorf is rated the best resort in Mexico! Highly recommended!

10th Awesome Stay
10th time staying at Pedregal, the team is off the charts when it comes to service and comfort. GM Fernando Flores and Director of Operations Libia Ronco have a great team of associates! Ambassador Alberto and Guest service manager Debbie were able to move our room after the first day, very much appreciated! Gau, Arturo and Daniel at Don Manuel's provided great support for our daily breakfasts. Gate team of Oscar, Roberto, Oscar's look alike brother Alberto along with la hefa Barbara always greet us with a big smile! Ambassador Jorge along with the Lionel, Daniel, Ramundo, Omar are terrific in getting us around the property or to the gate...along with big smiles and stories about families. Dana and Rey are terrific concierges! And some of our favorite times were with the team at Agave Tequila bar, Eduardo, Cutberto, Ezekiel all made us laugh (checa, leca babe) and a big congrats to the Pedregal Mixologist Jobni for winning the Jose Cuervo drink contest...we just hope his head is able to fit thru the tunnel:). Thanks again, we look forward to our next stay in February!
