Nov 06, 2025Hotel do not recognize Bonvoy status.
Very disappointed with their recognition of Titanium Elite status. Requested a King bed and they couldn’t even accommodate that. Didn’t even ask for a room upgrade. Just bed type. And the answer was “No”.

Oct 26, 2025Oct ‘25 Food & Wine + Halloween Time
I think this is a great hotel. I chose it because of its proximity to both Epcot and Hollywood studios. You can take the water taxi to either, and both are walkable. This hotel has a great lobby bar, great restaurant (Bluezoo), and a great big freeform pool with a waterfall, grotto, hot tubs, and waterslide. The rooms are also very clean and comfortable, however we spent most of our time at the parks.

Hotel rooms were amazing and clean. Location is great. Only complaint is valet service. Someone needs to figure that out. Check in and out is a mess and frustrating. Really puts a damper on the end of the weekend.

Very disappointing experience
We were extremely disappointed in our recent stay at the Dolphin Hotel. In the middle of the night, a faulty sprinkler system flooded our room with black moldy water at 1am. We were told we had to pack up and be moved, but then we were completely forgotten about. My family and I sat in our wet room until I finally had to track someone down around 3am to get any help. After finally being relocated, no one offered an apology, any form of compensation, or even basic concern for how stressful the experience was. We had a full day of Disney parks booked, with lightning lanes prepaid for the next morning. We spent 10 hours at the parks the next day on 3 hours of sleep. We've tried reaching out since our stay and still haven't even able to get in touch with anyone willing to make it right. For a Marriot property that afflicted with Disney, the lack of communication, accountability, and guest care was incredibly disappointing.

Very Disappontef
Seriously consider if you want to stay at this hotel for a family vacation. The conventions were so intrusive on family time, whole place, including pool and beach areas are overtaken, and has a major impact. Obviously the companies paying a fortune for these events are priority over everyone else, we’ve had 3 days of an events team getting in our way, drilling etc. Also be warned the pools are almost unusable they are so cold, although management insist they are 10 degrees above outside temperature. You know it’s too cold when kids are all complaining and it’s nearly 90 degrees outside!! Couldn’t swim the entire 5 days we were there.
