- AdvisoryThe legal drinking age in The Bahamas is 18 years and older. Any violation of underage drinking may result in the guest being removed from the resort.
- AdvisoryAll Guests must be 18 years or older to make guest room reservations and be 16 years and older to be accommodated at the Resort and to visit any of the restaurants or bars at hotel. During February 15 - April 30 minimum age requirement to check-in or enjoy resort's facilities is 21 years or older.
- AdvisoryThe resort’s main pool has reopened following successful emergency maintenance. All amenities are now fully functional, allowing guests to enjoy the complete experience. Management appreciates your patience and ongoing support throughout the maintenance period.
- AdvisoryThe Harbour Front rooms will undergo major upgrades to enhance comfort and service quality. All rooms will be redesigned with new furniture, décor, lighting, and fully renovated bathrooms featuring modern shower facilities. Balconies will be repaired, and walls and ceilings repainted. Work will take place from 10 AM to 4 PM to minimize disturbance, with noise kept as low. Renovations begin on May 18 and are expected to take about four months, ensuring minimal inconvenience to guests.
