Blew my mind! Good vibes 😊

My friend and I stayed here for 11 wonderful nights in April. Had a surprise room upgrade on arrival and was able to access room earlier than the 4pm check-in which was a bonus! The grounds are well maintained and everything clean and tidy, great job Housekeeping – spot on! Lovely food, very varied and inspiring salad bar dishes, compliments to the Chef and Team! Alcoholic drinks are sstttrrrong or as weak as you like 😉 For us English take your own teabags or just ask for 2 teabags! Such friendly pleasant staff, everyone works very hard with a ready smile and a hello 😊 Could be forgiven for having the odd off day that’s for sure! Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers and pool staff ready to help put the umbrellas up – thank you! It would be great though if the pool had additional steps/ladders dotted around to help get in and out instead of swimming/walking to main handrail steps. Entertainment activities: there are varied things to do during the day and evening for different age groups, it needs guest participation to make it work so have fun and join in! Shout out to the activities entertainment co-ordinators, especially Bullet; great upbeat energy & laughter with positive, nice attitude. Guests do need cajoling out of their seats! Missing it, wish I was still there … always a next time!! A good place for solo's too!

    Manage your expectations ...

Just back from a 5 day stay with girlfriends. Highlights were lounging at the lap pool in a nice garden area (and fire pit at night), outdoor BBQ the evening we arrived, "egg" chairs at the harbor beach, spontaneous activities such as coconut cutting (and drinking), the buffet and rum drinks. On the not-so-good side, check in was painfully slow, a large group of locals was permitted to come in for a day pass and they were beyond boisterous; although the spa services were good, the locker rooms were tiny and they only had one shower that was piping hot and one that was icy cold. Sadly, throughout the resort not many of the staff seemed particularly happy. Lesson learned: You get what you pay for. Happy to say we smiled, made lemonade out of lemons and enjoyed the beautiful water, beach and pools!

    Fantastic holiday!!

Just returned from a 4-night stay at the Warwick! My mom and I decided on a whim to book this hotel for a last-minute getaway. As a travel nerd who typically spends hours researching destinations, I was a bit anxious booking without much prior research. However, upon arrival, it quickly became clear that we had chosen the perfect spot for our spontaneous trip! Flying out of Toronto with Westjet into Nassau with a shorter-than-expected flight time of about 3 hours—ideal for a quick getaway. Our transfer, arranged through our vacation package with Nexus, was smooth. Next time however I may opt for a private transfer to and from the resort for convenience. Warwick was the last stop on the way down, and they were about 40minutes late picking us up to go back to the airport. Check-in: resort staff welcomed us with smiles and refreshing drinks upon our arrival around 4 pm. The process was efficient, and in no time, we were settling into our rooms. Yes, there's a resort fee of $20 per person per night, which we weren't aware of when booking, but I noticed afterwards it's mentioned in the fine print of our Westjet reservation details. Room: Our ocean view double room on the 11th floor had great views! The room was standard and the beds comfortable. Yes the bathroom was a bit cramped, making it challenging for two people to get ready simultaneously, but we made it work no problem. Our ONLY negative experience on this vacation, which wasn't the resort's fault, was noisy neighbors who played music incessantly—starting as early as 5 in the morning. This went on for 3/4 nights we were there until we finally yelled through the wall to turn it down lol. I’m not sure if all the rooms are like this, or because it was a joining room it let in a lot more noise, but for light sleepers, earplugs might be a wise choice! Food/Drinks: the resort surpassed my expectations. The food was consistently fresh and plentiful, with the Edgewater Grill being a highlight, especially with its stunning sunset views and yacht sightings. Unlike some all-inclusive resorts where drinks can be watered down, here they were generously poured with top-shelf liquor like JD, Tito’s, and Hennessy available. Entertainment: While the Warwick isn't a party-centric resort, there's always music by the pool and various activities throughout the day and into the evening. For those seeking more entertainment, Atlantis is just a quick shuttle ride or walk away. And to be honest, after spending the day in the sun, enjoying beverages, we typically weren’t up very late anyways! * if you’re a group looking for a fun party experience, I’d take the ferry across and check out Senior Frogs. Bumping music, a dance floor, it was quite something! Staff/Service: The staff were exceptional, from the bartenders and wait staff to housekeeping and maintenance personnel. They always had went out of their way to say hello, asked how our stay was going, etc. 10/10 Hospitality. Even when we ventured off the resort and walked around paradise island the people were friendly. Overall, my mom and I had a fantastic vacation at the Warwick and are already planning to return soon! ☀️ 🥂

Our second time here and we're so glad we came!

What a wonderful stay! This was our second visit to the Warwick and it was just as relaxing and fun as the last time we came. We really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet. Shout out to Chef Anthony and his crew for the incredible, varied and imaginative selection. Delish! Our servers were terrific too (Bendji, Ian, Celine and Tomek). All the staff was friendly and eager to support our holiday. Final shout out to Kasey at the towel station. So lovely to start my day by the pool with her sunny smile!
