    We love the laid back atmosphere at the Westin Cozumel. It’s very clean and the staff are very accommodating. Virginia (Vicky) is the best at getting your beach drinks. She treated me like a queen on my birthday. We’ll be back again I’m sure.

    Beautiful hotel, have stayed twice and will stay again.

    One of the finest hotels in Cozumel, maybe the finest. Location is ideal, directly on crystal clear waters and prime snorkeling spot. Beautiful hotel. Clean, quiet, classy and not a party vibe. The most amazing views as you have breakfast right on the water. Truly stunning. I’m the early AM you can see the colorfully lit cruise ships coming into port. It’s really a unique and social experience. That said it’s showing signs of wear and I was disappointed in my ocean view room which had an amazing view but with filthy windows, ruining the experience especially at night. Light switch’s and AC were impossible to figure out. Power plugs are so old that the plugs don’t stay in the socket. Be 100% sure to get a balcony room. Service was good. Food was meh. I went across the street to the Lobster House. As Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy I expected a room upgrade to balcony. But Javier, the host said it would not be ready for 6 hours? That was certainly a disappointment especially with the dirty windows. Overall a great choice. I stayed two years in a row and will definitely return.

    Welcoming and professional right from the start. The deep tissue massage was given by Guilian. She was outstanding and very experienced. Extremely happy with the results. I can highly recommend her work.

    The perfect getaway

    We had an amazing trip to Cozumel and The Westin! My husband and I brought our mini Schnauzer and she had a great time too. We stayed in a cabana, which couldn’t have been more convenient and perfect for our dog to have a little grassy area right outside. The beach and pool wasn’t packed, it was intimate and cozy, perfect for a getaway. The staff was so friendly over the days we were there! We booked spa appointments, Nadine and Ruth were fantastic. Even though my husband and I had separate services, they put us in the same room. Loved our stay!
