    Mediocre Hotel not a resort

    This hotel did not meet our expectations. This is simply a hotel not a vacation resort. There was no entertainment during the day or at night. The average age that vacationed during the week that we were there was 75 to 85. Note that there is only a breakfast buffet and at best was very lukewarm food. The snack bar during the day was the best part of the day. Excellent food there. At night, you have a choice of two restaurants. If you like seafood, that’s wonderful but for us, the menu was very very limited. After 6 PM other than buying expensive snacks at the gift shop there were no snacks. Yes, you can order room service but there’s a charge of three dollars per service even if you have an all-inclusive meal plan. Both pools were cold. A special showed out to Victoria and Moses, who were both awesome and accommodating. RIP TIDE ••••••••••• Warning when the waves are high do not go past the dock on the right side. Although I’m a very strong swimmer, I got caught up in one and had to be assisted in getting out of the ocean. This is very serious and dangerous.

    Heavenly Couple’s massage

    We had the best massage at the Westin Cozumel’s Zanzibar Spa. Our technicians Sara and Ruth were so sweet, accommodating and the massages for my husband and I were just over the top amazing! Thank you Ruth and Sara!
