We stayed at this lovely hotel for the weekend and Eduardo from the entertainment team was BEYOND helpful with all the activities we can do around the hotel!

Dinning
At The Pacifica restaurant we had an amazing server by the name of Sharlyn. She was very attentive, kind and made sure our needs were met. On the next visit, she ensured she greeted us despite not working in our respective dining area.

July at Playa Bonita
The Westin Playa Bonita is a beautiful resort. Plenty of lobby seating and room to move around. My oceanfront room was perfect for me. The location is about 30/35 minutes from the airport, but with bridge traffic, it can easily be an hour. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The only negative was there is only one restaurant open during the day. And only the buffet during the evening. The other three restaurants were not open It could be because it was slow season. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely return

Abdiel
I’ve travelled to 13 countries and hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Abdiel was prompt, attentive, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend staying at the Westin.
