  Excellent stay

  Stay was exceptional. Service, quality of food, hospitality and graciousness of staff was all over the top. Our server. Israel, was one of the best for daily breakfast visit in the main dining room. Enjoyed the pool and resort overall. The fitness center was put together with all necessary equipment and ample treadmills. Gorgeous view out of our balcony room overlooking the Ocean and property. Location is fabulous as it s only two (2) miles from airport and a short walk to Marina. Very good Value for the price given the all-inclusive nature of the property. Highly recommend.

  Top-Notch Hospitality

  My family and I stayed at the Westin Playa Vallarta from August 1–6, 2026, and despite a small hiccup at check‑in, our experience turned into a truly memorable stay. We arrived around 3 PM and were informed that suite we reserved needed unexpected maintenance. The front desk team handled the situation with genuine care and personally walked us to Coastal Burgers so we could relax and enjoy a meal while they worked on the issue. When the suite still wasn’t ready afterward, they went above and beyond by giving us access to another room to rest for a few hours. About an hour later, they reached out to let us know our actual suite was ready. This thoughtful service set the tone for the rest of our stay. Once settled, everything was exceptional. The staff across the resort including; front desk, pool areas, restaurants, and housekeeping were consistently professional, friendly, and eager to help. Our room had beautiful views of both the city and Banderas Bay, and of course, the Heavenly Bed lived up to its name. The room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay. Food quality across the resort was top‑notch. As a wellness‑focused Marriott brand, Westin delivered exactly what we expected in terms of freshness and quality. The only suggestion I’d offer is to add one more specialty restaurant, as evening dining options felt a bit limited. During our stay, Arrecifes was closed for construction, so reservations were redirected to Call Me Lalo. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely return to Westin Playa Vallarta in the future.

  The people who made our vacation unforgettable

  We had an absolutely amazing week-long stay, and what made our vacation truly unforgettable was the incredible people who took such great care of us from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the bellboys, Pedro and Ricardo, were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely amazing. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. Our waiter, Efrain, was exceptional. His hospitality, attentiveness, and efficiency made every meal such a pleasure. He made sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The food was wonderful, and we especially enjoyed having two great restaurants along with the breakfast and dinner buffets. The pool drinks were also a perfect part of the vacation experience! A special thank-you to Guillermo for always looking after us — and especially for the cold milk, which was such a thoughtful touch! And we have to mention Bibiana, the event coordinator, who was so much fun and made everything even more enjoyable. Her energy and personality added such a wonderful touch to our stay. What stood out most about this hotel was the people. Every one of these amazing team members helped make our week so comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. They made us feel welcomed, valued, and truly well taken care of. We never felt like we were simply staying at a hotel — they made us feel like we were genuinely on vacation, enjoying all the benefits of an all-inclusive experience. We left with wonderful memories and so much appreciation for everyone who made our stay special. The people are what made our vacation amazing, and we can’t thank Pedro, Ricardo, Efrain, Guillermo, Bibiana, and the entire team enough for their incredible hospitality. We would absolutely love to come back!

  Best Service Ever

  I wanted to thank the Westin for hiring amazing caring staff. From the moment we pulled up the service was Amazing. We were greeted by Pedro and Ricardo, they were both very attentive and helped us feel welcomed. Big shout out to Pedro and Ricardo. The pool attendants were phenomenal one in particular Efrain was amazing with Great customer service. He constantly kept checking up on us making sure we were well taken care of and didn't require anything else and if we did he was right on it. Thank you Efrain. I am not one to be writing reviews but I could not let this opportunity go by and do nothing. These amazing workers need praise for the amazing pride they take in their work. Thank you Westin and Thank you Pedro, Ricardo , and Efrain.
