    Truly beautiful experience

From start to finish my experience at Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle All Inclusive Resort was a complete dream, from the bell boys when we first entered and the very welcoming reception staff, to the house keeping, the servers at breakfast, lunch and dinner, Bianca, Kenlyn and Rianna were incredible and nothing was too much for then to make mine and my families experience more comfortable. Kwamè one of the butlers was very attentive with impeccable manners, Miracle, Shaquille bar and food staff were a pleasure to encounter and had great banter with not only me but was evident that they had great rapport with other guest too. Cashka one of the entertainment staff was excellent by the poolside and evening entertainment. The resort was clean, the different selection of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday was amazing. Myself and my family truly enjoyed every minute of our time and will definitely be returning and would highly recommend 10/10

My Wonderful and Grand Wyndham Experience

My stay at the Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle All Inclusive Resort was amazing. The grounds are beautiful. There are several choices of pools to include an adult only pool. Our room was well equipped with all the snacks and amenities one could think of. The fridge was kept well stocked and the bathroom Molton Brown products were excellent. I also appreciate that while there were activities held in various areas of the property, I never felt like it was to noisy. I was able to rest (and work) in a comfortable environment. The location is somewhat remote and a costly taxi ride to town, but very close to the airport. I actually enjoyed, going into the city and then returning to this peaceful location. The resort has taken into account providing on-site entertainment and activities due to it's proximity to the inner city. Most importantly, the staff is very kind and helpful. Most specifically Claudia and Odessa. More than just attentive, these two went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and deliver them with timeliness, care and wonderful attitudes. I would fly all the way back there, just to see their infectious smiles. Super grateful for this experience. I would definitely recommend.

A family of 4 holiday to Wyndham &arbados

Firstly, I believe it's important to note we are very experienced travellers with & without children, having travelled all over the world from the middle East, Asia, US, Europe, we have experienced a full range of different cultures, food, outstanding service, 7 star Hotels but also the not so good and being frequent travelers, travelling approximately 4-5 times per year, we were looking forward to travelling to a new destination, Barbados. This was our first time in Barbados as a family, our expectations were not high, neither low, we didn't really know what to expect, (other than beautiful beaches!!) however our expectations were exceeded and we sit here failing to find fault. We found the staff to be incredibly helpful, friendly, warm, welcoming, fantastic with our children, this was consistent throughout all departments of the hotel, the people were somewhat faultless, always upbeat. It's important to us we mention names of those who stood out and really made an impression and went that extra mile, please see below: Buffet Restaurant F & B Riana Kenylnn Shelly Destiny The above 4 were particularly lovely to myself and family, they were patient, always helpful, always happy and made every trip to the restaurant enjoyable and that can be somewhat difficult sometimes with a naughty 3 year old! So thank you to them, they were great! The Poolside staff We were served regularly by: Shaquille (chase), Kashka(Cash), Russel Rasheel (Entertainment & Recreational) The above 4 made our time as a family around the pool extra special, they were consistently friendly, helpful, always making sure we were ok, or if they could assist us in anyway, we really got to know them, you couldn't have a better team for entertainment & professionalism they were fun & upbeat every day, all day, they really did play a big part of what made our experience/stay at the Wyndham great! It wouldn't be right if we didn't mention Fred (the Rastafarian) on the beach, what a cool, special guy, we sometimes went to the beach just to see him and say hi, his a great asset to that beach and he really cares for it, its lovely/heartwarming to see. Despite mentioning the above people, it's important to note every other staff member we encountered were incredibly good to us, we had zero issues and it was refreshing and somewhat surprising as we have noticed a big change throughout the world in F&B/Customer service since COVID hit, of course we have had some great experiences since but nothing quite like we had with The Wyndham Barbados. We will absolutely be returning in the near future, we plan to return February 2026 however the prices are currently double to what we have just paid, so we will be keeping an eye out, nevertheless we love Barbados as a Country, the people, culture, way of life, the scenery we will be returning regardless. W are not travelling home disappointed, infact, we didn't want to leave!!! The Betts family

    Wonderful Hotel

Great hotel experience overall! The food was excellent, and the service was good. This property is truly a gem on the East Coast, offering impressive meeting space and an outstanding spa. Brunch was exceptional, and my room featured a fantastic view that really elevated the stay. The only challenge was navigating to the elevator on the 5th floor in Block 5—signage could be improved to make it easier to find.
