Beautiful resort with amazing food, and even more amazing service and employees! 10/10! Staff is very friendly and dedicated to giving the best experience possible! Orlando, Bernie and Silvestre were excellent and made every interaction with them fun and memorable! Always smiled and treated my girlfriend and I like family. Will be recommending many of my friends and family to this amazing experience because of these amazing individuals! Thank you Wyndham grand Cancún staff for memories that will last a lifetime!

Amazing trip, but staff makes it worthwhile
Wyndham grand hotel is the best! Food is immaculate & service is even better!! All staff are so nice & attentive! Many favorites! A couple to name is Orlando, Bernie & Silvestre!! The trip is wonderful but the people you meet make it all worth wild! So thankful for new friends!! Highly recommend! Visit our friends:)

My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at this resort! The food was pretty good for resort food. Da Vinci is definitely the best restaurant on the premises. We had a ground floor room (so excited!) and even though they claimed there would be club music nearby, we never heard it. The rooms are sound proofed pretty well. The only noise disturbance was a leaf blower nearly every morning. The pools and hot tubs are very clean and well positioned so that you can choose an exciting experience or a relaxed one. I will say that for Mexico, 99% of the food was very bland and not spicy at all. In fact, the only source of heat we found was in the verde sauce for the tacos.

Great place to stay
All the amenities were great and the staff was really friendly. Everything was really well laid out and made it easy to get around. Location was very convenient- close enough to the shops but far enough away so it was tranquil. Alicia was our server at the main lobby bar most of the days and she was amazing. Really kind and friendly.

Overall the resort is as basic as they come, with meh food and inconsistent staff and ‘rules’. Nightly entertainment venue is a conference room with zero atmosphere or drinks. Some staff were fantastic but others were uptight and cranky - most likely due to resort rules. For example lunch is only allowed in designated cuisine areas by the pools making some of our group have to eat separate or alone. While some staff enforced this, others were fine if a sushi bar plate was brought to the taco place table so we could dine together. Mind you, these are all OPEN tables by the pool!
