  Excellent All Inclusive Resort

  Zel Punta Cana is an excellent resort if you are looking to have a quiet/relaxed vacation with family, couple or friends. The customer service is outstanding. All the employees are very friendly and attentive making you feel at home. The mediterranean style is beautiful creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Resort is very clean and the food of all the restaurants is very good. We stayed 8 nights and all their daily activities made each day unique. We met exceptional employees: Raphy, our concierge; Eliezer from the reception; Luis Perez from Tacorini; Justin & an awesome red-hair girl (don't recall her name) from Neguri; Yuli, Soribel & Akemy from Ava Spa along other extraordinary employees. I highly recommend Zel if you want to visit Punta Cana.

  Amazing Resort for Young Couples

  Very professional and clean, staff is VERY nice and attentive. did the couples massage and it was amazing! food is amazing, lots of activities, and beautiful property! Had no issues while at this hotel! truly worth the money!

  Zen paradise

  Not enough can be said about our experience at Zel. From food to atmosphere, swim up room, decor, and the service - absolutely top notch. Will be returning to this gem! Our concierge Frank took care of everything. Rafa and Anyelisa and all the staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist and provide recommendations.

  A Beautiful and Serene Resort with Room for Improvement

  Zel is an architecturally stunning and beautifully designed property. My husband and I chose this location to celebrate our anniversary, and as a travel advisor, I was also evaluating the resort for future client recommendations. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by our butler, Frank. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to make our experience more enjoyable. We dined at all of the on-site restaurants. While the buffet was aesthetically pleasing, the overall quality of the food was underwhelming. Many of the dishes were served lukewarm, and despite minimal crowds, there were long wait times at several dining venues. The food often felt pre-prepared and reheated, which impacted the dining experience. The hibachi restaurant was the standout, offering both good food and an engaging atmosphere. In terms of entertainment, the resort becomes very quiet after 7 p.m. when the pool closes, and there is limited nightlife or evening activity available. Additionally, while the staff were kind and eager to assist, we did encounter frequent language barriers, which occasionally made communication difficult. Zel is ideal for those seeking peace, relaxation, and a slower pace. If your priority is tranquility and reflection, this resort is a great choice. However, for travelers looking for vibrant nightlife, top-tier dining, or a more dynamic atmosphere, you may want to explore other options.
