Service here is exemplary and so is the food! Alexis, Daniel and Zarel are a wonderful team and have their game dialed in! We dined with them several nights during our week stay at Casa Del Mar and were treated like VIPs.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Memorable vacation at zoetry casa del mar
My wife and I had the most amazing week celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary at zoetry casa del mar We chose the resort due to reading other 5 star reviews and because of it being a quieter resort We cannot fault anything about zoetry it exceeded all our expectations, the resort was beautifully maintained the pools were wonderful and the food at saltwater was fantastic. The bar in the evening was always welcoming and cozy The staff were always friendly and welcoming and although I cannot remember all there names we must thank In Particular Antonio at vip services Diana at concierge, Antonio at saltwater, Misael at saltwater who was so attentive to my wife’s food allergies ( first class ) and all the other wonderful staff members. Thank you zoetry for a wonderful time The highest praise I can give you is my wife who always wants to get home from holidays said she wished we were staying longer Thanks again we will be back

Beautiful, boutique and serene!
At the last minute we switched from Cancun to Cabo because of Hurricane Helene. At first I was bummed we had to switch, but quickly found out Zoetry was exactly what we were looking for: small, boutique-style all inclusive. We don't care for large, party resorts with nightly entertainment, so this place was perfect for us to unwind over a long weekend. Some favorite moments were: the pool loungers facing the ocean, breakfast at Saltwater, Mexican buffet night and our 20 minute complimentary massage. Very clean rooms. Very manicured outdoor areas. Every single staff we encountered was kind, but special shout outs to Mari at Saltwater, Antoni at El Arroyo and Rigo & Reyna at the pool. Many thanks for a truly relaxing and serene weekend.

A great couple's getaway
My wife and I had a wonderful time! Our room was spacious, comfortable, cool, and had a nice view. Really appreciated the ceiling fan as well. The food and drinks were great, as was the service. Mari treated us very well at the Saltwater restaurant.

Sep 29, 2024Beautiful but disappointing for the price
A day pass to the beach club costs $160 with $140 of that toward a food and beverage credit. Food was right off the Sysco truck and the drinks weren’t much better eg Palomas made with Fanta soda and artificial lime juice. We did enjoy the pool side bingo but the prizes were coupons to some kind of diamond store in Cabo? Felt shady. They give you one ratty brown towel for the day and it’s difficult to swap it out for a dry one. You cannot swim at the beach (or any beach near San Jose really). Hotel staff was great but some of the pool staff were pretty surly. I expected more for the price.
