We loved our stay at Zoetry Casa Del Mar! The service was top notch, everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. Javier and Valeria were especially kind and more than willing to engage in conversation. The entertainment director was also very friendly. Overall the food was fantastic and the resort was clean and well kept. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for an intimate boutique style resort for your stay in Los Cabos!

Amazing
The staff was truly amazing and took care of us like family. From the food to the drinks and the spa we could not have asked for a better vacation. Very quiet and accommodating. We cannot wait to return. Do yourself a favors and order a Gustavo especial if you enjoy refreshing vodka drinks from the main bar. Valerie at Saltwater went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed. Coco cafe was delicious, especially the carrot cake. Urma was so welcoming as well. Truly all of the staff.

Zoetry Casa Del Mar
Amazing and relaxing week at Zoetry Casa Del Mar. The resort is beautiful, clean, and quiet. The service was outstanding. Gustavo in Maguey Bar made delicious drinks and was great to Visit with. All the meals we had were great and the views from Saltwater restaurant are breathtaking. The service from Valarie, Zacarias, and Mayte at Saltwater and Irma in coco cafe made or trip special.

Our experience at Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos was overall satisfactory. There were both pros and cons during our stay. The room was exceptional, most of the staff were friendly and inviting, the food was great, the grounds and views were picture perfect, and the overall vibe of the resort is quiet and relaxing. The spa, UVC, and housekeeping staff were exceptional! Check in and check out process was seamless! The pool and beach service was quite slow. We had to flag someone down often for simple things such as water. We were told that something special would be done for our anniversary and this did not occur. There was a wedding party of 60 guests who were noisy most days. The service staff seemed to prioritize them at the pool bar and restaurant (including beach cabanas) which was disappointing. Despite their large party, there were still loungers with umbrellas at the pool which was nice. The service remained subpar once the large wedding party departed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a quiet and tranquil experience. I would lower expectations regarding pool and beach service regardless of hotel census.

Food is amazing, service, options for food superb. Mari is the sweetest and most accommodating server…can’t wait to see them all again soon!
