    The staff are all very nice. They work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. Ambassador Sanyel was awesome!

    My sister and I spent a week here and it was great. We had Ambassador Sanyel taking care of us and he was wonderful! We are going back next winter.

    Samyek was awesome. He speaks very good English where there was not a language barrier with us. He was great

    The resort was very clean. Someone was always in the bathroom mopping- halls mopping. Someone is painting, someone scrubbing walls. The workers are constantly cleaning. Room was very clean people very nice

    Barcelo Bavaro beach Adults

    This was my first time traveling and I decided to go to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic staying at Barceló Bávaro. It was an amazing experience. The front desk staff Angel Maldonado, Mateo, Nancy, Michel and Wilkin at La Brisa were so helpful and made my stay great. Big thanks to the bar staff for making my nights memorable. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and the food was okay, not the best but there was plenty to choose from. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and I would definitely come back.

    Wonderful beach, great food – and a Concierge who made all the difference!

    We spent ten days at Barceló Bávaro Beach and overall had a lovely time – the beach is truly one of the most beautiful in the whole region. During our long walks we realized how lucky we were with this perfect stretch of white sand and turquoise water. The food was delicious and offered a lot of variety. What really made our stay special, however, was the outstanding support of our concierge Sanyel. He was always available, incredibly kind, and took care of every detail with genuine warmth and professionalism. Thanks to him, everything that didn’t run smoothly elsewhere (especially at the Premium Level desk) was resolved quickly and with a smile. Without his help, our stay would not have been the same. We’re very grateful for all his efforts and will always remember his kindness. 🌺
