Everything was limited. More for families with children. There was no adult entertainment. My room was kept clean. I would not go here again.

    Beautiful, Friendly, Great Scuba Diving

Hurricane Beryl response was excellent. The staff and Mexican government were well equipped to handle the storm before, during, and afterward. There will be others who say otherwise, but if you listened, took the advice, and followed directions, you were well housed, fed, and kept safe during the storm. The beach, the rooms, the pool, the restaurants and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. I’ll definitely be back.

Food selection very minimalist, quality at buffet not good. Personnel short staffed making it hard to get service. Hotel rooms clean and good AC.

    Very limited dining options

We have been to Sunscape several times a year for 15 years. They finally completed a much needed upgrade of the rooms and grounds. positives great room, fantastic AC (finally), usually quite, very low key and laid back, great staff, and great beach Negatives Since the upgrade to 2 different properties the dining options have gone downhill. If you pay for the upper tier Dreams then you get many more dining options but along with that you get a very crowded pool with LOTS of kids and not a lot of peace and quiet. All okay if that is what you are looking for. We much prefer the quieter aspect of Sunscape even though they allow kids, Dining is limited to two places. One is a small outdoor cafe that has limited seating so therefore long wait lines and being outdoor, after the sun went down the mosquitos had a field day. The second is an evening only indoor cafe also with longer wait times. Since we like the all inclusive aspect we found it frustrating that we were so limited. We paid for all inclusive but the options were so few that it was a horrible experience. As adults we could use the Secrets breakfast but could not take the grand kids We could have used Dreams but would have had to pay extra for it. Not what we paid for in booking an all inclusive :( Hopefully they will address the very limited dining options
