Natural attractions
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and when it comes to this little island, there’s a lot to behold. Take the Piton Mountains, for example. Hike the path to the top of these twin peaks and you’ll be rewarded with an out-of-this-world view. You’ve done the whole mountain hiking thing before? Alright, then drive through a volcano. You can stop at sulfur springs and mud baths along the way. In the middle of the island, there’s a rainforest you’ve got to explore. And on the outskirts, you can kick off your hiking boots and walk along the black sand beaches and down to the ocean to cool off with some diving or snorkeling. If you really want to be one with nature, book your stay in a resort where the rooms have only three walls, with the fourth side of the room exposed to the natural mountainside. Mother nature is the best decorator, after all.
