    An amazing getaway!

    This resort is absolutely amazing! Being adult only absolutely makes a difference. We toured the rest of the resorts in the complex and the Grand is by far the best! It was not crowded at all, like the others and the amenities are top notch! We will definitely be returning.

    Great week!

    Upon arriving at the Iberostar Grand I was welcomed by Sacnite’ at the front desk. She checked me in and was very welcoming. Check in was a breeze and was quickly taken to my room. The resort is gorgeous and very clean. The staff work very hard to keep the resort clean and beautiful. Roman from the star friends was the next person that I met that day. He is awesome! He said hello to me every time he saw me and remembered my name after only telling him once. He did a great job at the pool and the Rhapsody Bar during karaoke night That was a lot of fun. Antonio and Daniel were great at the lobby bar, always remembered what you were drinking. Antonio was awesome at mixing the drinks and fun to watch. Everyone was welcoming and always spoke to you no matter what they were doing. The staff did a great job when the hurricane came through. They kept the pool open for us on Thursday until 4pm and then worked very diligently getting ready for it to come. They had the buffet up and open by ten the next morning which was amazing. The food was great. Not all of the restaurants were open every night and even the buffet was closed during my stay, but I just got a ride to Lindo and ate at their buffet. The staff work very hard everyday but always have a hola and smile to give you. Housekeeping was great too! My favorite workers were Antonio and Roman. Enjoyed my stay!

    Great service while dealing with a hurricane.

    Although we had a hurricane pass through, the hotel did a great job in keeping everyone safe. All was brought up to the speed the following day. All restaurants were not opened during our stay. Alexis was our concierge and he made our stay very welcoming and personable.

    Beautiful Resort!

    Overall, the resort was great! Service was exceptional and all the staff were amazing, especially the butlers Luis, Antonio and Alex (there were more, but we cannot remember their names). Unfortunately, we came during the hurricane and had to move rooms for our safety. While that was not ideal, we appreciate their concern for our safety. The maintenance and grounds crew did an exceptional job of cleaning the resort to get it back to its natural beauty in less than a day. The overall beauty of this resort is beyond words. It’s something you have to see for yourself to truly understand. The grounds crew and maid service were continuously working to ensure the landscape. The entertainment crew did a good job of keeping guests engaged and the shows were great! The food was excellent and the wait staff were top notch. The only negative was that the rooms were out of date. From my understanding, I believe they are planning a remodel in the near future, however.
